Are you a veteran or family member looking to improve your mental health and wellbeing? Join us as we participate in a Mat Pilates session, create art to encourage creativity and practice self-reflection for our next One-Day Wellness Program.
Our One-Day Wellness Programs have been developed to assist participants in managing and improving their mental and physical health through an integrative and holistic approach.
This is achieved through challenging ourselves, connecting with others and learning psychological skills to assist with managing emotions effectively.
Join us for the morning as you engage in mindfulness education and practice in Mat Pilates, engage in an art activity, and self-reflection.
Veterans and family members who are interested in attending this One-Day Wellness Program will need to undertake an expression of interest (EOI) process. This EOI includes a clinical screening to ensure this program is suitable for you.
