Tamsin has experience in therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing.     

Tamsin has a special interest in providing psychological assistance in a group setting and enjoys providing a supportive atmosphere for her clients to better understand and manage their psychological wellbeing, such as anxiety, depression and PTSD.
