Mates4Mates Online Fatigue and the Brain Workshop

  • Are you a veteran or family member experiencing ongoing fatigue or ‘brain fog’, or find it hard to remember things, or get through daily tasks?
  • Do you want to better understand the persistent connection between fatigue and brain function?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the Online Fatigue and the Brain Workshop might be for you.

What is the Online Fatigue and the Brain Workshop?

The Online Fatigue and the Brain Workshop is designed to provide practical self-management strategies for veterans and family members experiencing persistent fatigue.

This group online workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to gain a clearer understanding of why fatigue affects thinking, offering practical tools to reduce the impact of brain fog, as well as a personalised action plan to help you protect your energy and focus on what matters most.

This workshop will be facilitated via the doxy.me platform. To participate, you will need:

  • PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone with video calling capabilities
  • Internet connection capable of sustaining an online video call

Please note, there is a minimum number of participants required for facilitation of this workshop. The workshop may be cancelled if the minimum number is not met.

Upcoming Workshops

Our next workshop will run online on Monday 27 July from 9am to 11am (AEST).

Veterans who are interested in participating in the Online Fatigue and the Brain Workshop will need to undertake an expression of interest (EOI) process. This EOI includes a clinical screening to ensure this program is suitable for you.

Expressions of interest for this program will open on Monday 29 June 2026.
