Clinical services now easier to access

25 June 2020

We’ve made some changes to make it easier for veterans to access the support they need – when they need it most.

To see one of our psychologists or exercise physiologists, all veterans need is a Medicare or DVA referral from their GP.

With no added barriers or the need to go through an induction, veterans can reach out for confidential support to help with service-related injuries.

Appointments are available face-to-face, and we are offering telehealth appointments until September 30 for those living regionally.

We provide evidence-based support and our staff are highly experienced in working with those in the Defence community.

You don’t have to go through injuries and trauma alone. We’re here to help.

If you’d be more interested in accessing other services at Mates4Mates, you will need to complete an application form instead of getting a GP referral. We have a wide range of social connection and wellbeing programs available from yoga, Pilates and cycling activities to art classes, coffee support groups and more. See our full range of events.
