This low-impact, water-based class is tailored to your individual needs, focusing on pain reduction, improved mental health, increased joint range of motion, and enhanced relaxation and recovery.

This Exercise Physiologist-led program features low-impact, water-based classes tailored to meet your individual needs, focusing on reducing pain, improving mental health, increasing joint range of motion, and promoting relaxation and recovery. We will be running two blocks for this program.

A referral for Exercise Physiology services is required to participate. You will be required to participate in all six sessions if you commit to this program.

This activity will be held in person and is available to Mates4Mates members. This activity will have a limited capacity, so if you would like to take part, please forward your referrals to our Townsville Exercise Physiology team.

If you are not a Mates4Mates member and would like to take part, simply complete the Mates4Mates new client form online and our team will be in touch soon.

Important note:

We ask that anyone who is unwell or displaying flu-like symptoms remain at home for the safety of all Mates and staff members.

All face-to-face Mates4Mates activities will require you to:

  • Follow social distancing guidelines of 1.5m, maintain good hand hygiene and follow instructions provided to you.
  • Ensure you are complying with health directives outlined by the current Government guidelines.
