Weekly Online Rest & Relaxation Yoga

Join us every Wednesday night online as our qualified Yoga instructor guides you through this relaxing, trauma-informed yoga practice.

Unlike traditional yoga, this online class focuses on simple meditation techniques and stretching, bringing a sense of calmness to our minds and bodies.

There is no expectation or pressure when it comes to how each movement or practice should be done. This class is suited to all ages and abilities and participants are encouraged to adapt each position to suit their body.

This activity will have a limited capacity, so if you would like to take part, you must RSVP.

If you are not an inducted Mates4Mates member and would like to take part, simply complete the Mates4Mates new client form online and our team will be in touch soon.

Important note:

Our online activities are accessed via Zoom. There is no need to download any software as Zoom can be accessed through most internet browsers. 

To participate, you will need: 
  • PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone with video calling capabilities
  • Internet connection capable of sustaining an online video call
