Specialised services to help you manage your mental health, wellbeing and improve your quality of life.
Using a range of evidence-based therapies, our team is here to support you when you need it most.
We understand just how challenging it can be to overcome injury and trauma, which is why we ensure no one goes through recovery alone. Speaking with a skilled psychologist or counsellor is one of the most important things you can do to move forward from trauma, navigate through mental health issues, including anxiety, depression and addiction, improve relationships, or other life hurdles you’re facing.
Service-related injuries aren’t always visible. In Australia, 1 in 5 people will experience a mental illness in any one year. But with the right treatment, there is hope for recovery. Our psychology team provide a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals and families to share and be heard. They use a variety of evidence-based therapies that can make a real difference.
