With mates behind you, there's power to move forward

19 March 2020

This week, we have launched our new Mates4Mates website. This milestone will ensure our services are more relevant and accessible to veterans and their families impacted by service-related injuries.

Our new website gives people one destination to find our information about our services, look at the various ways to support our work, and provides an easy way to join Mates4Mates.

As our brand and services continue to grow, it’s important for us as an organisation to have a website that reflects who we are; a forward-thinking, leading provider of support services for those in the ADF community impacted by injury or trauma.

We set about bringing our brand promise to life through the revitalisation of the website, our key messages, branding, and images.

Our new tagline, ‘Here for those impacted by service’, promotes inclusivity and support – we're here for anyone who is currently serving, is ex-serving, or family members, and has been impacted physically or mentally by their service.

Our new imagery and visual identity embodies a warm, bright, approachable tone, which focuses on our activities in an inclusive and non-judgemental way. We’ve reframed our look to be clean and modern and easily transferable across all platforms.

It highlights our commitment to being - collaborative, knowledgeable, sociable, active, inclusive and caring in our branding and approach.

This is an important step forward to helping reach more veterans and families in need. With mates behind you, there’s power to move forward.

Special note: We’ve also included some important information on our latest news page about accessing services with the COVID-19 restrictions and how to deal with the current outbreak. We know that times like these can be particularly stressful for many people – but you don’t have to go through it alone. Our psychology and exercise physiology services are also now being offered via skype and phone to ensure we can continue to provide ongoing care during this time. Get in touch today.
