Are you a veteran or family member looking to improve your mental health and wellbeing? Join us for our next One-Day Wellness Program in Ipswich.
Our One-Day Wellness Programs have been developed to assist participants in managing and improving their mental and physical health through an integrative and holistic approach.
This is achieved through engaging in clinical-based education and mindfulness activities and learning strategies to improve your health and wellbeing.
Join us in centre for a morning of mindful meditation and breathwork, followed by a Mat Pilates session and a reflective art activity. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
Veterans and family members who are interested in attending this One-Day Wellness Program will need to undertake an expression of interest (EOI) process. This EOI includes a clinical screening to ensure this program is suitable for you.
Please note, there is a minimum number of participants required for facilitation of this program. The program may be cancelled if the minimum number is not met.

Expressions of interest will close Friday, 7 February 2025, however, expressions of interest may close sooner if a large volume of applications are received. It is therefore recommended that expressions of interest are submitted as soon as possible.
Places in the program are dependent on meeting the selection criteria. Please note submitting an expression of interest does not automatically qualify an applicant for the next step in the selection process for this program.
Places in the program are available to veterans and family members registered with Mates4Mates. If you are not a Mates4Mates member and would like to take part, simply complete the Mates4Mates new client form online and our team will be in touch soon.
