Current serving

Support for all current serving ADF members through recovery.

We are here for ADF members of all ages, from all ranks, and from all areas of service.

If you are currently serving in the Australian Defence Force and have sustained an injury, experienced a traumatic event or are struggling with your mental health, we have confidential services and support to help you through recovery.

Whether you are currently serving, or preparing to transition, you can access as many services as you need. You can visit one of our Family Recovery Centres or access one of our regional programs. We provide a place of understanding, acceptance and community. We know that injuries come in many forms and have psychologists, exercise physiologists, and liaison officers ready and available to support you – and your family

We know that reaching out for help can often be the most challenging part to seeking support, which is why we’ve made our services easy to access. All our services are free and tailored to your individual needs.

With Mates behind you, there’s power to move forward.
