Mates4Mates Online Explain the Brain Workshop

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the Online Explain the Brain Workshop might be for you.
What is the Online Explain the Brain Workshop?
The Online Explain the Brain Workshop is designed by our psychologists to help veterans and family members better understand the biological mechanisms of PTSD.
The group online workshop will provide an opportunity for participants to learn more about how PTSD develops and is treated, as well as gaining a greater understanding of its symptoms and impacts for veterans and their families, in a safe environment.
This workshop will be facilitated via the doxy.me platform. To participate, you will need:
- PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone with video calling capabilities
- Internet connection capable of sustaining an online video call
Please note, there is a minimum number of participants required for facilitation of this workshop. The workshop may be cancelled if the minimum number is not met.

Veterans and family members who are interested in participating in the Online Explain the Brain Workshop will need to undertake an expression of interest (EOI) process. This EOI includes a clinical screening to ensure this workshop is suitable for you.
Expressions of interest for this workshop will open on Monday, 3 March 2025.
