What is the Online Healthy Relationships Program?

The Online Healthy Relationships Program is designed by our clinical team to help veterans and family members better understand the difference between healthy and unhealthy interpersonal relationships.

The program will be delivered online, separately to groups of women and men, over four weeks and participants will have the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of relationship styles, the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships as well as learn tips and strategies to assist in developing healthy interpersonal relationships.

This program will be facilitated via the doxy.me platform. To participate, you will need:

  • PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone with video calling capabilities
  • Internet connection capable of sustaining an online video call

Please note, there is a minimum number of participants required for facilitation of this program. The program may be cancelled if the minimum number is not met.

Upcoming Programs

Online for Women

Our next program for women will run online every Tuesday, starting 4 November to 25 November 2025, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm (AEST).

Online for Men

Our next program for men will run online every Wednesday, starting 5 November to 26 November 2025, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm (AEST).

Veterans and family members who are interested in participating in the Online Healthy Relationships Program will need to undertake an expression of interest (EOI) process. This EOI includes a clinical screening to ensure this program is suitable for you.

Submit your expression of interest below for either the women or men’s program.

Expressions of interest close Friday, 10 October 2025,
however, expressions of interest may close sooner if a large volume of applications are received. It is therefore recommended that expressions of interest are submitted as soon as possible.

Places in the program are dependent on meeting the selection criteria. Please note submitting an expression of interest does not automatically qualify an applicant for the next step in the selection process for this program.

Places in the program are available to veterans and family members registered with Mates4Mates. If you are not registered with Mates4Mates and would like to take part, simply complete the Mates4Mates new client form online and our team will be in touch soon.

If you are interested in upcoming programs, please don't hesitate to contact programs@mates4mates.org.

Healthy Relationships Program expression of interest

Due to receiving a high volume of EOIs for our programs, please take the time to provide thoughtful and considered responses to the following questions. This is to confirm that participants selected for the program meet our requested criteria.

To ensure that participants for the program are selected fairly, all EOI submissions will be assessed individually to identify which participants have meet the requirements of the EOI and are most suitable to attend the program.

Please note, we are unable to keep EOIs on file as a waitlist for future programs. All programs require individual EOIs to be submitted.

If you selected no because you are not registered with Mates4Mates and would like to take part, simply complete the Mates4Mates new client form online and our team will be in touch soon.
