What is the Heart Health Workshop?

The Heart Health Workshop is designed to help veterans gain a better understanding of cardiovascular conditions and treatment strategies.

Delivered by our exercise physiologists and physiotherapists, the workshop aims to help participants increase their awareness of common heart health conditions and lifestyle choices to benefit their health outcomes, including understanding the exercise guidelines for heart health.

This workshop will be beneficial for both those living with heart conditions or looking at preventing heart conditions.

Please note, there is a minimum number of participants required for facilitation of this workshop. The workshop may be cancelled if the minimum number is not met.
