Mates4Mates Online Learn More, Drink Less Program
Do you find yourself reaching for a drink more often than you would like? If you answered yes, then our online Learn More, Drink Less Program may be for you.
Alcohol reliance and addiction can be complicated – but we are here to help you through it. The Learn More, Drink Less Program is an online group program that has been designed to help you increase your understanding of alcohol reliance, learn a range of helpful coping strategies including ways to manage cravings, and develop a relapse prevention plan.
Delivered online in a safe, confidential and supportive environment, the program involves four, 90-minute group sessions with a Mates4Mates psychologist.
The program will provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to take steps towards making healthier choices, all while connecting with others who are facing similar challenges.
To participate, you will need:

- PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone with video calling capabilities

Our next sessions will run online, across four sessions every Monday, starting 10 October to 31 October 2022, from 5:30pm to 7:00pm (AEST).
