Mates4Mates Introduction to Pain Management Workshop

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the Introduction to Pain Management Workshop might be for you!
What is the Introduction to Pain Management Workshop?
The Introduction to Pain Management Workshop is designed and delivered by our exercise physiologists and physiotherapists to help veterans and family members gain a better understanding and greater confidence in managing their chronic pain.
The workshop will take veterans and families through a group education session run over two hours, where you will learn about the impacts that pain can have on physical wellbeing and strategies that can be implemented to manage your pain and increase your quality of life.
This workshop will be facilitated online via the doxy.me platform. To participate, you will need:
- PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone with video calling capabilities
- Internet connection capable of sustaining an online video call
Please note, there is a minimum number of participants required for facilitation of this workshop. The workshop may be cancelled if the minimum number is not met.

Places in the program are dependent on meeting the selection criteria. Please note submitting an expression of interest does not automatically qualify an applicant for the next step in the selection process for this program.
Places in the workshop are available to veterans and families who have completed the Mates4Mates new client form. If you have not submitted this form and would like to take part, simply fill out the new client form online and our team will be in touch soon.
