Mates4Mates Online Sleep Program

Start your journey toward better sleep.

This program will help you learn skills and strategies for improved sleep, as well as explore and understand sleep from a psychological, dietary and exercise psychology perspective. 

In an online group setting, you will have the opportunity to engage with the facilitator and other participants as you learn about the importance of sleep and healthier sleep behaviours.

Over 4 weeks, the program will cover a range of topics including:

  • Sleep hygiene tips.
  • Progressive muscle relaxation and mindfulness.
  • Managing intrusive thoughts and relaxation.
  • Diet, exercise and health impacts.
