Community Connections
Are you looking to find a sense of belonging and a support network within your community?
Then the Community Connections Program may be for you.
What is the Community Connections Program?
Newly developed by Mates4Mates, the Community Connections Program aims to support veterans impacted by service to connect with their local communities through shared interests and activities, helping them to find their place in the civilian world.
By building a sense of community and increasing social connections, this program will provide participants with various physical, mental and social health benefits, including reducing the feeling of isolation, increasing wellbeing and coping skills, and decreasing levels of pain.
