Monique Luca, SCGC Member 

Monique Luca is an Allied Health Manager with nearly 15 years’ experience in not-for-profit and government healthcare sectors. 

Monique is an accomplished healthcare leader and chair of National Standards Committees with a background in physiotherapy. She also holds a Masters in Health Services Management and certificate in Clinical Governance.  She brings with her a wealth of experience in multidisciplinary collaboration, workforce development, risk management and accreditation.    

Being a people focused leader, she is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion.
 
With a passion for veteran health and wellbeing, Monique has dedicated the best part of her career working in one of Queensland’s Department of Veteran Affairs contracted private hospitals, a living memorial to service war veterans and their families. 

In her spare time, Monique enjoys leading a healthy lifestyle of running, gym and building her own personal resilience and growth.
