Online EP Program - Physical activity & training guidelines

Session 5: Are you meeting current physical activity guidelines? 

Exercise benefits every system of the human body, including mind, digestion, heart, lung, circulation, muscle and more. Exercise is effective in the treatment and management of persistent pain, chronic diseases, physical injuries and mental health. In this session we will be running through the exercise guidelines and setting goals.

This activity is available to inducted Mates4Mates members and will have a limited capacity, so if you would like to take part, you must complete an EOI.
