Online Trauma Informed Yoga

Can’t attend a yoga session in person? Our Trauma Informed Yoga Therapist Jodi will now be live streaming a session for you to follow along from home. This style of yoga focuses on restoring the body, relieving anxiety and improving sleeping. Overall, trauma-informed yoga enables you to feel connected with your body in a safe and supportive environment.

This activity will be held in person and is available to inducted Mates4Mates members. This activity will have a limited capacity, so if you would like to take part, you must RSVP.

If you are not an inducted Mates4Mates member and would like to take part, simply complete your Mates4Mates application online and our team will be in touch soon.

Important note:

Our online activities are accessed via Zoom. There is no need to download any software as Zoom can be accessed through most internet browsers. 

To participate, you will need: 

  • PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone with video calling capabilities
  • Internet connection capable of sustaining an online video call
