This engaging and interactive presentation entertains and educates participants on the power of humour and laughter to promote positivity and build resilience.

This presentation will be followed by an ‘Introduction to HALE’ (Humour and Laughter Education) workshop. HALE is aimed to reduce baseline levels of stress, anxiety and depression using humour and laughter therapy!
