Join us for a morning hike as we learn mindful grounding techniques!
For Veterans’ Health Week, this trauma-informed yoga session will teach us helpful breathing techniques and use yoga asanas to calm the mind and body, reduce stress and anxiety and improve sleep.
These skills include body connection and awareness, breath exercises, and resources for regulation and relaxation.
This activity will be held in person and is available to inducted Mates4Mates members. Make sure to RSVP to secure your spot!
