Recovery plans now available

Whether Mates present with a physical injury or are struggling with their mental health, our staff are ready and available to support them. We now offer tailored recovery plans to assist Mates and their family members in moving forward.

Mates interested in developing a personalised recovery plan will meet with one of our clinical team to talk about their physical, social and psychological needs. They will then be supported to develop a range of recovery goals, and a plan will be created to help achieve these.

All Mates will be provided with regular guidance and check-ins along the way, to ensure they’re getting the right support, at the right time.
