Exercise Physiology Services in Cairns

Are you a veteran or family member living in Cairns who has been looking to improve their physical and mental health through exercise? Why not book an appointment with a Mates4Mates Exercise Physiologist.

In August, Mates4Mates Exercise Physiologists will be visiting Cairns to provide services to Mates and family members. This will include one-on-one appointments as well as a Pilates session.

If you are interested in these services, you are invited to submit an expression of interest (EOI) to book an appointment with our Exercise Physiologists at the Cairns Centre.

DVA or Medicare referrals will be preferred for appointments to be booked.

Physical rehabilitation can play an important role in improving your physical health and mental wellbeing and our team of Exercise Physiologists are here to support veterans and their family members in Far North Queensland.

Upcoming appointment details

Appointments will be available on Monday, 7 August and Tuesday, 8 August 2023.

The appointments will be held at Mates4Mates Cairns Centre, located within the RSL Queensland Veteran & Family Wellbeing Centre, 280-286 Sheridan Street, Cairns North 4870.

Telehealth services will then be provided for at least 2 x 30 minute follow-up appointments.

Veterans and family members who are interested in booking an appointment with an Exercise Physiologist will need to submit an expression of interest below. 

Expressions of interest for these appointments have now closed. 

If you have submitted an expression of interest, you will be contacted by a Mates4Mates Exercise Physiologist to book an initial appointment and discuss any other requirements.
