Trauma Informed Yoga Day
Join us as we use yoga to calm the body and reduce stress!
Join us in the centre during Veterans’ Health Week for an informative session where we will be discussing the benefits of resistance training for mental wellbeing, improved mood, alertness, concentration and decreased depressive symptoms. During this workshop we'll complete a short strengthening training circuit.
This activity will be held in person and is available to inducted Mates4Mates members. This activity will have a limited capacity, so if you would like to take part, you must RSVP.
If you are not an inducted Mates4Mates member and would like to take part, simply complete the Mates4Mates new client form online and our team will be in touch soon.
