Skills for Recovery Programs

Programs that give you the right skills and strategies to manage long-term wellbeing.

Our Skills for Recovery Programs are group-based clinical programs designed to provide veterans and family members with opportunities to develop important skills and strategies to manage their mental, physical, and social health and wellbeing now, and into the future.

These programs focus on a variety of topics, helping the Defence community to work through health concerns including sleep health, relationship management, addiction, and persistent and chronic pain. 

Most Skills for Recovery Programs are run multiple times throughout the year and can be delivered either in person or online.
