Are you a female veteran or family member who is looking to improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing?

Then the Women’s Health Week Program may be for you.

What is the Women’s Health Week Program? 

The Women’s Health Week Program is designed to help women increase their awareness and understanding of women’s health topics and increase their physical and psychological wellbeing skills.

In this group program, you will participate in sessions that will cover a range of topics including identity and body image, pelvic floor health, women’s health conditions, health care access, mood and movement, self-care, and more. 

Participants will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded women to discuss their experience of being part of the Defence Force community as a Defence member or family member.

Upcoming Programs 

The program will be held at our centres in Brisbane, Townsville, Palmerston and at the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens in Hobart.

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided on the day. Please indicate any dietary requirements within the expression of interest form.

Please note, the Townsville, Hobart and Palmerston programs will include virtual sessions.
